What we collect

We keep the minimum personal data needed to run an account-based service:

• Your email address and a salted password hash (never the password itself).
• Daily usage counters (how many player dashboards you viewed) to enforce plan limits.
• Subscription status, if you purchase a plan (payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see your card number).
• Server access logs, including your IP address, kept for security and abuse prevention and automatically deleted after approximately 30 days.

Cookies

We set a single first-party session cookie to keep you logged in. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party ad cookies. Product analytics, where used, are cookieless and aggregate.

Where your data lives

Data is stored on servers in the European Union. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except processors strictly required to operate the service (hosting, payments, error monitoring).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@europrops.app from your registered address — we action deletion requests within 30 days.
